  2. masukan Almond Milk dalam blender blender.
  3. dan masukan semua bahan dan blender selama 30 saat sampai semuanya bercampur dan rata 
  4. Tuang kedalam Mug atau cawan (kerana tadi dah blender dia akan membentok buih atau foam diatas mug tadi).

  • 1-2 teaspoons pure maple syrup or other sweetener of choice, + or - to taste 
  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

One serving of matcha provides about 35 mg of caffeine, which is less than the average cup of coffee (80-120mg). But the caffeine in matcha is a assimilated in a much healthier way than coffee due to the unique combination of phyto-nutrients in matcha.
